"For several weeks Brian and his staff, Karla, have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to sign me up for Drive Safe and Save. Today, Brian enlisted a senior State Farm employee to walk me through it, discovering in the process that the Drive Safe and Save App was defunct. Thanks to all of them working cooperatively, I'm now enrolled.
